This November, our second Owners Retreat of the year brought MB2 doctor partners together for a weekend centered around what matters most: community, shared learning, and the independence you’ve worked hard to build. MB2 Dental is rooted in the belief that ownership should never feel isolating, and that autonomy is strongest when it’s supported by peers who understand the same pressures, decisions, and goals.

The most meaningful moment of this year’s Owners Retreat was welcoming former President George W. Bush for a conversation with Founder and CEO of MB2 Dental, Dr. Chris Steven Villanueva, in front of our entire community. Together, they reflected on leadership under pressure, the weight of tough decisions, and the values that guide you when the stakes are high. Doctor partners also had the chance to meet President Bush personally, connect one-on-one, and share a few words, making the experience feel not just historic, but deeply personal. For our MB2 family, it was a powerful reminder that great leadership is rooted in humility, clarity, and courage.
