Dr. Ohm Patel, a North Carolina native with a passion for dentistry, traces his roots to the charming town of Mount Airy, the real-life inspiration behind “Mayberry.” After a move to the Triangle during his high school years, he continued his education at the renowned UNC-Chapel Hill. His journey into dentistry was sparked by a memorable experience shadowing his aunt, a skilled dentist in Tazewell, Tennessee. The harmonious blend of artistry and science within dentistry captivated Dr. Patel, leading him to pursue this dynamic and hands-on profession. Following his dental education in Baltimore and a residency in New York, where he also found love, Dr. Patel is thrilled to be back in the Carolinas, practicing dentistry at Falls Pointe Dentistry in North Raleigh. When he’s not tending to patients, you might find him exploring the great outdoors through trekking, skiing, or snowboarding, or cheering on his beloved UNC Tar Heels.
