MB2 Dental is excited to partner with Dr. Neidre Banakus, owner of The Smiling Turtle Pediatric Dentistry in Holly Springs, NC.
Dr. Banakus earned her DDS from West Virginia University School of Dentistry, followed by a General Practice Residency at Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. She then completed a two-year pediatric dental residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where she served as Chief Resident. She is very involved in the dental community through organizations such as American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Association, the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Banakus loves spending her free time with her husband and children. She stays active through running, golfing, spinning, hiking, swimming, and reading. She is also very involved in her church and loves to give back in any way she can.
