And just like in any dental partnership, the office needs to be at the right size for the partnership to make sense for both parties. MB2 Dental and our doctor owners usually partner with practices with over $1 million in revenue and over 4 operatories. If this isn’t you today, it doesn’t mean it won’t be tomorrow. We still love you– but it’s not time to take on a partner just yet.
I was at the end of my rope. I’d built a large, successful dental practice, but I was burned out. I was ready to sell my whole practice and get out. Then I was introduced to MB2…
I was intrigued by [the MB2] model, but feared their promises were too good to be true. I’d been courted by other companies wanting to buy my practice and wanting me to help them build large chains, but no matter how enticing the offers, I just didn’t feel like I had it in me. But this idea of partnering with MB2 just wouldn’t go away. Their philosophy was completely different and really unique in the dental field – a dental PARTNERSHIP organization.
In July of 2018, I finally joined with them. What a difference it has made in my daily life! The pressures no longer rest solely on me, and the partnership has completely re-energized me. I find I have gas in the tank again, so to speak, to propel me to the next level in my career. My ambitions are back up where they were 10 years ago. Within less than a year of partnering with MB2, I have already acquired my second practice location. And the best part? As I continue to grow and develop my personal brand of dentistry, I’m not alone.
